The original ticket price was subject to a bait and switch. ASAP offered an attractive price and then suddenly that wasn't available and price was much higher. Bought their ticket-change insurance, needed to make a change, and they made it impossible to resolve (my emails were not returned, my calls were not returned) for over a week and by then, the fare change had gone up by over $750/ticket. In 30 years of frequent international travel, this was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Deceptive Marketing and Terrible Customer service

My complaint is similar to many others on this site. I bought $6000 worth of tickets plus $580 travel protection plan. They market the plan heavily, using deceptive wording such as « changed your plans? We can exchange your ticket for FREE » I needed to change my flight due to illness in the family. Their support service was useless in helping me rebook, offering me ridiculous and expensive options. In the end I rebooked directly through Air France for a fee. ITN/ASAP have refused to refund the fee, which is promised in the protection plan. I made the mistake of being attracted by an initially lower fare, but I would have been far better off with more reputable agents.

Talk to an agent Hannah and guaranteed us a full refund. We received a partial payment $3807 and other payment will be received in 2-4 weeks time since July but up to this time no refund coming. We follow up and another agent responded and telling us it was refunded. Were still waiting up to this time more than 8 weeks no refund coming.

Delta Airline canceled flight due to Covid, i asked for refund since March 2020, until now have not get my refund, an agent called me about a week ago said my account is still open and what do i wanna do with it, i told him that i already fill up a form for processing refund, called the agent that processed my refund, he's acting like he don't know me, and said there is no record of that refund processing, and said he cannot access my account that i should call the agent that called me about a week ago because he took my account thats why he cannot access it, after me getting mad and asking for manager and telling him i will report them to BBB which i did, he hang up on me, Very Rude!

They offered me a voucher after my flight was cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket from them to return home, but every time I try to use the voucher they come with another stupid excuse not to honor the voucher. They lie to customers to get them to accept the vouchers knowing very well that they do not intend to honor those vouchers. Do not accept the vouchers, the vouchers are fake and worthless.

Do not use asaptickets/international travel network. I would like to urge anyone looking to book a ticket through asaptickets to do their due diligence and research about this company. Plenty of reviews and videos on YouTube and other media that tell the horrible stories that people have gone through dealing with this company. I am still going back and forth with them about my tickets. Still no luck. I even had to hire the help of an attorney. Please be careful out there. Lots of people looking to pull a fast one on unsuspecting victims

Illegal Charges

I bought ticket for me and my husband in Feb 2020. Due to Covid DAL cancelled our flight to the Phil. Per Delta Airlines no fees will be charged and was told that our ticket is good up to Dec 2022. No word from ASAP until On Nov 21,2020 agent Ingrid called and everNsaid we have to decide to choose between vouchers or refund. If refund it will be less from what we paid. I was leaning towards vouchers when that same night she called me again and was told that DAL refunded 100% of our ticket but in order to get them, i need to pay $500 ($250 each) upfront with a credit card. She said the fees will be for consolidator. I was left with no choice she said either pay now or loose everything. We also bought travel protection plan. I have not seen the refund on my credit card. Why do we have to be charged. We lost almost $700 for the charges and the protection plan. I will look into this further and file complaints to the proper government agency to get my money back. ASAP has no compassion and professionalism in taking care of customers.

It took them 4 months of evasion and lies, a complaint here and on other internet sites, to the US Department of Transportation and to the California Attorney General, but they finally issued the refund.

I purchased a ticket through this company and also purchased their optional and extra-cost "Trip Protection". The Trip Protection specifically states that I will get a 100% refund of the ticket price in the event the airline cancels my flight due to unforseen circumstances. Well, Iberia did cancel my flight and a worldwide pandemic certainly is an unforseen circumstance. Now I am in a 4 month battle with ITN to get them to honor the terms of their Travel Protection product. I get excuse after excuse, and every time I speak with someone else the promise to "ask the airline to issue a refund" but the Travel Protection contract does not make the refund conditioned on the airline reimbursing ITN, but it does state that ITN will reimburse me under certain conditions, which have been fully met. Also, I have refused a $300 per person "transaction fee" because the travel Protection states I will get a 100% refund, not 100% minus $300 per person.

I bought ticket protection with my ticket everytime i booked a flight, i payed 198$and some change, under asap tickets . Sadley the airline lost my luggage and its gone now this ITN would not take my claim and wont give me anything just beacause i didnt report the claim within 24h, but then i have reported it to my airlines in an hour.

And i have proof, but i guess this ITN dont give a *** coz they dont give a *** that my luggage is gone and wont give me anything. . Ive been getting ticket from them everytime igo on vacation every 2 years.

And my family. I wont stop until i get something coz rhis is rediculous.

THE TWO FIRMS THAT CHEATED ME ARE [1] ASAP (Mr McBayne) and [2] ITN (Mr Bishop) BOTH OF which are in possession of everything you asked for in your fake request on here which I presume I presume you posted it publicly to mislead viewers on here that you were trying to resolve. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Your posting is FAKE. You have had my money since August 31, 2017 and you have repeatedly used every possible delay tactic including this one to keep the money I spent years saving from my old age government pension. I do not have a company pension. Neither does my wife. It was to be our last trip because my wife has a limited time left to ever go on any trip. You people are brutally. Vicious against seniors without cause or reason. I call it common theft which is what street muggers do. You have no intention of returning my money AND YOU KNOW IT. So I am asking every viewer on here to copy and paste my above complaint and comments to their email list and on social media groups [I.e. Facebook, Twitter etc} to join me in trying to shame you since you are untouchable by police. Empty promises

I booked April 9, 2017 through ITN. The process of booking went well but the reservation of seats. The travel agent made a promise through email that he is going to contact the airline for seat reservations. I made follow for several times by calling this agents direct number and email. To my disgust, no single reply made to this date. I am leaving next week with other 3 family members without reserved seats. I called the 1800-asap number and talked to a different agent. He tried to reserve some seats for the four of us only to find out that no 4 adjacent seats available. The agent tried to reserve seats but to no avail. According to him their system is down. What a stress!!! He advised to call the airline directly. That agent I talked to has very poor customer service. I can give you his name and all emails made as proof.

Missed Flight

16 October 2917 I missed a flight bought from ASAP TICKETS. The flight was on time and due to TSA and American Airlines unnessasry delay flight was missed I imediately contacted American Airline and INT, INT was imposing a fine aginst me even before we finished our conservation, Flighy cost 551 dollars fine imposed was 720 dollars with INT cutting 100 dollars Total fine 620 dollars my issue is the delay was TSA and AA why should I have to pay I will personally visit AA and INT if this is not resolved, each time I make contact its always a referal I was once refered to the lady I had just talked with WHAT A *** MESS THESE COMPANIES CREATE TO CHEAT OR USE CONSUMERS
